Invoice Payment Terms
Purchases made with established accounts with payment terms and in good credit standing must be accompanied by a check payable to Thermal Air. Thermal Air is pleased to accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as payment for most orders.
Credit cards will be charged at the time of purchase including deposits on special orders. Installation projects or
special-order items require 50% deposit payment and remainder will be due upon completion. Established commercial accounts are invoiced Net 30 days unless otherwise stated, according to their credit standing and limit.
If timely payment is not made, the customer shall be responsible for interest charges allowable upon completion of services. Invoices are due in full within the established terms of the invoice date, and failure to submit payments accordingly shall bear interest from the due date at the rate of 1.5% per month, which is an annual rate of 18%, until paid in full and may result in a suspension of your credit or services with Thermal Air LLC.
Service Quote Terms
All quotes are good for 30 days from the issued date unless otherwise noted.
Installation projects or special-order items require 50% deposit payment and remainder will be due upon completion.
Restocking Fee Policy
If a job is canceled after parts have been ordered, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the total parts cost may apply to cover supplier return fees and administrative costs.
Custom, special order, or non-returnable items may be billed in full once ordered, regardless of cancellation.
Privacy
To access our website and/or services, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself as part of the registration process. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.
